Accountmanager IT

Your role
In this position, you are responsible for managing and expanding your own client portfolio within enterprise and public sector organizations. You work closely with consultants and colleagues in sales and delivery to create long-term, successful matches.
Your responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities
Deploying consultants on assignments that align with their expertise and careerambitions
Conducting advisory and negotiation discussions with various stakeholders
Ensuring continuity, quality, and effective collaboration
This role combines account management, commercial responsibility, and a solid understanding of IT consultancy.
Who are we looking for?
You have experience in a commercial role within IT services and feel comfortable in an environment where collaboration and long-term relationships are central.
You bring:
A minimum of bachelor’s (HBO) level of working and thinking
Experience within IT consultancy or IT staffing/detachment
Insight into the IT labor market and consultant deployment
The ability to switch effectively between client, consultant, and internal teams
A results-driven mindset combined with a collaborative approach
Professional communication skills in both Dutch and English
